Children in Salem UgandaThe children in our children's villages and children's homes in Germany and other countries live together in extended families.
A garden for self-sufficiency is as equally important as the vegetarian whole-grain kitchen.

The Health Centre in the Salem village in Uganda encompasses the health ward and amongst other things training centres for health workers and traditional midwives.

We provide professional and academic apprencticeships, as well as continuing education, in different areas. For example, our apprenticeship workshop in Uganda and our school for children with behavioural disorder in New England, USA.

Organic agriculture and gardens belong to most of our children's villages.

In Germany these are farmed in accordance with the national guidelines for organic agriculture.
In tropical countries other methods such as Permaculture and Agroforestry stand in the foreground.
