Neurofeedback
The SALEM Neurofeedback Centre in Stadtsteinach offers regular neurofeedback training sessions, intensive treatments and recreational camps for children. Neurofeedback is an alternative therapy which is successfully used to manage attention deficit disorders (ADD/ADHD).
With its Neurofeedback Centere in Stadtsteinach SALEM wants to increase these non-invasive and alternative treatments and at the same time establish a new platform for meetings and discussions about Neurofeedback/EEG Biofeedbacks.
What does Neurofeedback mean?
Neurofeedback directly affects the brain waves. Through the training process the brain learns to function in a more controlled and stable manner. We continually observe the brain’s activity and the trainer is able to see this. While doing so we “reward” the brain for changing its activities into more stable patterns by giving visual and acoustic feedback.
Neurofeedback is especially good for people who have problems originating in the brain such as fear, depression, attention deficit disorders (ADS/ADHS), behavioral symptoms, insomnia, headache (including migraine), premenstrual syndrome, and emotional disturbances.
