During her time there she was working with Anamed International, a longstanding partner of SALEM’s, dedicated to empowering people to improve their health by using natural medicine in a safe and sustainable way. The first help for SALEM-Uganda has arrived: Thank you very much!

19.09.2011We are very thankful that we were able to help in the severe famine in Uganda with the first donations which arrived very quickly. Recently we transferred a sum of 5,000 Euros to Uganda. Further urgent measures will have to be taken in the next weeks and months.

The Nutrition Ward of the Health Centre has totally been overcrowded by now

A mere drop in the ocean ...

10.08.2011… can mean a lot for those affected! In January there were only 5 children, but by June we saw 25 children between about two and four years suffering from malnutrition and exhibiting partly severe health problems.

Official opening in Kolonyi Health Centre in SALEM-Uganda

14.11.2010There was an official opening of the Operating Theatre and Pathology Laboratory on Wednesday, 17th November 2010 by his excellency Mr Klaus Dieter Düxmann, the German ambassador to Uganda.
